Robert A. Crecelius P.A. 

Robert A. Crecelius, PA has been around business principles and concepts his entire life, with both parents Certified Financial Planners. No one understands you and your budget better than Rob.  

Rob’s a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelors in Business Administration and has a love for all things Florida.  

Rob actually began his real estate career in the publishing business creating a real estate publication, Home Hunter , that focused on homes in the Northeast Florida area.  

When Rob decided that it was time for him to help people find their homes, it became apparent that his ability to understand the whole of the real estate transaction, the hard and fast rules as well as the available work arounds, then to apply that knowledge with number-crunching ability, combined with a high work ethic and a commitment to customer service, it was soon evident that he’d found what he was meant to do.  

Since joining the realtor ranks, he’s predominately worked for buyers in their home hunt. He strives to understand what his buyers are looking for since each situation is unique, presenting a distinctive set of opportunities and solutions.

Kris Crecelius  

Kris Crecelius has had a hand in different facets of real estate for most of her life. For many years Kris managed apartment communities throughout the Jacksonville area where customer service and construction knowledge went hand in hand.  

Then Kris gained extensive knowledge of commercial and residential construction at a National Quality Assurance and Indoor Air Quality Organization.  

With Kris' background one never has to worry that the home they're buying hasn't been scrutinized from the top to the bottom by the very best.  

However it's not just the home's quality that Kris is sensitive to, when it comes to her clients, Kris works diligently to understand how those wants and needs fit into a budget, a home investment, financing solutions, timing concerns and information needed to maintain your investment.

Steve Stramm 

Steve truly enjoys helping people find the right place to call “Home,” and takes pride in fighting to attain each clients needs & wants in a home-! As a Realtor and investor, Steve has been around real estate for nearly a decade and because of his experience he is comfortable assisting 1st Time Home Buyer’s as well as the savvy commercial buyer.

Working predominantly with buyers, Steve takes pride in being aware of the latest loan programs and incentives to assist in educating his clients so they can make informed decisions. Steve and First Coast Home Hunters Team will walk hand in hand with you through the process from initial home hunting to successfully negotiating the contract geared to your needs to a smooth closing and a smiling face when you get the keys. 

Rene Hartzell  

Rene Hartzell has been in the Real Estate business since 2000 and primarily started in Gainesville, Florida. She is a highly experienced real estate professional and specializes with buyers. She has worked with builders, as well as, Top Real Estate Companies across Jacksonville. Rene is a multi-talented real estate agent that can work in both the buying and listing fields.  

Rene is very dedicated with her job and very passionate with helping people find their dream home. She shares the same excitement as that of an eager First Time Home Buyer, as they go through the journey of buying their first home. 

Rene finds great satisfaction in educating and assisting buyers through the biggest purchase of their lives. She will be there to hold your hand and make sure that your home buying experience is effortless!

Melanie Baird  

Melanie is the newest member of the First Coast Home Hunters Team. Being a former client herself she is aware of the service that The First Coast Home Hunters strive to offer. With extensive knowledge in customer service, education and leadership, she is dedicated to the clients needs.  

She is extremely excited to be a part of our team and family and strives to continue The First Coast Home Hunters motto in helping our friends and clients find their new homes! 

Ana Sanchez  

Ana, who is fluent in Spanish, is deeply motivated by the passion and dedication she has to help others achieve their dreams of owning a home.  

After earning a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University, Ana worked with one of the largest home builders in the country.  

Throughout her journey, she has gained extensive experience in design, construction, and finance. In effect, she has become a great resource to everyone who works with her by not just fulfilling their real estate needs, but by always taking that extra step to go above and beyond.  

Brant Brice  

Brant Brice, originally from Tennessee found his way to beautiful Jacksonville, Florida around 1984 where he attended Bolles. He subsequently attended The University of Tennessee and while he was there, he found his way into his first career . . . FOOD! He was a manager at 14 different locations opening up new corporate sites in 6 different states and spent 8 years all over the Southeast. 

He learned an amazing work ethic while earning many accommodations, friendships and influencing many young employees' lives along the way. His last stop was in Jacksonville, Florida where he had wanted to return for some time. As much as he enjoyed the loud hum of a well oiled kitchen , the fast pace and the many loyal patrons, he needed a change…he loved working with people so Real Estate was really the only choice. 

During his 5 year licensure, he has worked in property management and for three of the largest national builders selling over 100 new homes in site sales all around the City of Jacksonville. He needed to start working for himself, so he took his 14 years of corporate training, his local Real Estate knowledge, and his desire to help people and flipped over to the buyers side of Real Estate where he currently use his wealth of experience to help YOU find your Dream Home!!!

Courtney Drury 

Courtney graduated from Purdue University with honors and is originally from Indiana. She relocated to Jacksonville with her husband seven years ago and is proud to call the First Coast home. 

Courtney is extremely dedicated to helping her clients find their dream home and always willing to go above and beyond for them. She prides herself on her excellent record of customer service and the personal touch she offers clients.  

With six years of experience working for one of the largest homebuilders in the country as well as a local custom builder, she has helped nearly 200 customers become happy homeowners. This experience has provided her with the knowledge needed to assist her clients in making a well-informed decision that is right for them.

Christi McNulty  

Christi is the back bone of The First Coast Home Hunters Team. She prides herself in keeping our clients happy and always strives to do so. Walking through this new and exciting part of your lives is what brings her joy.

Christi watched her mother run multiple businesses as she grew up. She understands that hard work and persistence bring rewards. She has proven herself a leader in many different aspects of her life, but considers herself a servant at heart. If you ever need anything, Christi is always there to help…with a cheerful heart. 

Christi works hard to make life easy for you and relieve stress as much as possible. This is a very important part of your life and she never underestimates your importance.

Mariza Ortiz  

Mariza is First Coast Home Hunter’s initial point of contact for our buyers. Helping people is one of her passions thus she makes sure that all of our clients are very well taken care of. This becomes especially clear during the home hunt itself when she upholds the FCHH Guarantee that one of our buyer specialists is there to help our clients immediately when called upon.  

Being a wife, mother and having recently purchased her own home, Mariza understands what our client’s needs are and how important it is to have those needs fulfilled quickly and accurately.
