We are experienced in most loan programs & can help make sure you understand the pros/cons of each option so YOU can make informed decisions. For all of you 1st Timers we understand 1st Time Buyer Programs too and they still exist!!. They generally come with FREE $$ to assist with the down payment & closing costs. There are still a couple of 100% financing options available such as VA Loans or USDA Loans in parts of St John's County or Southern Clay County. Military Members may even qualify for a one year extension of the Home Buyer Tax Credit. Robert A. Crecelius P.A. 

Robert A. Crecelius, PA has been around business principles and concepts his entire life, with both parents Certified Financial Planners. No one understands you and your budget better than Rob.  

Rob’s a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelors in Business Administration and has a love for all things Florida.  

Rob actually began his real estate career in the publishing business creating a real estate publication, Home Hunter , that focused on homes in the Northeast Florida area.  

When Rob decided that it was time for him to help people find their homes, it became apparent that his ability to understand the whole of the real estate transaction, the hard and fast rules as well as the available work arounds, then to apply that knowledge with number-crunching ability, combined with a high work ethic and a commitment to customer service, it was soon evident that he’d found what he was meant to do.  

Since joining the realtor ranks, he’s predominately worked for buyers in their home hunt. He strives to understand what his buyers are looking for since each situation is unique, presenting a distinctive set of opportunities and solutions.

Kris Crecelius  

Kris Crecelius has had a hand in different facets of real estate for most of her life. For many years Kris managed apartment communities throughout the Jacksonville area where customer service and construction knowledge went hand in hand.  

Then Kris gained extensive knowledge of commercial and residential construction at a National Quality Assurance and Indoor Air Quality Organization.  

With Kris' background one never has to worry that the home they're buying hasn't been scrutinized from the top to the bottom by the very best.  

However it's not just the home's quality that Kris is sensitive to, when it comes to her clients, Kris works diligently to understand how those wants and needs fit into a budget, a home investment, financing solutions, timing concerns and information needed to maintain your investment.

Steve Stramm 

Steve truly enjoys helping people find the right place to call “Home,” and takes pride in fighting to attain each clients needs & wants in a home-! As a Realtor and investor, Steve has been around real estate for nearly a decade and because of his experience he is comfortable assisting 1st Time Home Buyer’s as well as the savvy commercial buyer.

Working predominantly with buyers, Steve takes pride in being aware of the latest loan programs and incentives to assist in educating his clients so they can make informed decisions. Steve and First Coast Home Hunters Team will walk hand in hand with you through the process from initial home hunting to successfully negotiating the contract geared to your needs to a smooth closing and a smiling face when you get the keys. 

Rene Hartzell  

Rene Hartzell has been in the Real Estate business since 2000 and primarily started in Gainesville, Florida. She is a highly experienced real estate professional and specializes with buyers. She has worked with builders, as well as, Top Real Estate Companies across Jacksonville. Rene is a multi-talented real estate agent that can work in both the buying and listing fields.  

Rene is very dedicated with her job and very passionate with helping people find their dream home. She shares the same excitement as that of an eager First Time Home Buyer, as they go through the journey of buying their first home. 

Rene finds great satisfaction in educating and assisting buyers through the biggest purchase of their lives. She will be there to hold your hand and make sure that your home buying experience is effortless!

Addie Bourke  

Addie prides herself on being a true Floridian these days however she still understands what relocating is all about having moved from Michigan herself.  

The youngest of 5 siblings she also recognizes how important family can be when looking for a home.  

The consummate helper at heart, Addie gives to her community often by volunteering for many different events and charities around North Florida.  

The proud "Home Room Mother" to her son's first grade class she brings this love of helping and guiding others to her home hunting skills recognizing the emotions involved for her clients.  

No spring chicken to Real estate (15 years in sales and marketing), Addie has seen both the booms and the busts and can help explain the marketplace to her homebuyers navigating the world of short-sales and foreclosures with the best of them.  

Addie has the patience necessary to handle complicated Real Estate transactions but the experience to know how to move her clients towards their goal.  

Jill Williams  

A long time Florida Native, Jill Williams is a terrific addition to the First Coast Home Hunters team in that she's excited about being on the First Coast for many of the same reasons that her customers are.  

For Jill, she was attracted to St. Johns County because its one of the finest school districts in the state.  

She has the expertise of handling foreclosures as a paralegal for the past 10 years and is able to bring that behind the scenes knowledge to her customers in regards to finding and navigating the short-sale and foreclosure trails.  

She knows what it means to be family oriented, serving on the Student Advisory Council of her daughter's elementary school and President of her son's Band Parent Booster Association.  

Jill is definitely on the go! Jill and her husband of 14 years enjoy taking the kids on camping trips throughout north Florida's numerous hideaways and state parks. "I love the diversity of this area and having the options of going to the beach or going to the city or spending a day in the country picking blueberries, etc. The wealth of history in Old Saint Augustine is priceless to me."  

We couldn't agree more and are thoroughly excited that Jill has decided to bring her talents and excitement to the First Coast Home Hunters team. 

Rick Reichard  

Rick is a Jacksonville native (which is rare to find these days) and has lived here most of his life. He knows Duval County and the North Florida area like the back of his hand. Recently leaving a career in the mortgage industry to pursue his Real Estate career, he has been able to put his local knowledge to work for his customers. Rick also had a professional career working for the Department of Navy managing Navy Housing and Facilities so when it comes to looking out for the I’s being dotted and T’s being crossed, it truly is ingrained. His dedication and determination to reach his clients' goal is never ending. You should and can expect personal service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! 

As a buyer’s agent, I leave no stone unturned until the client finds the place that feels like home! I negotiate on your behalf for the best possible deal and guide you through the home buying process and long after. My goal is to be your Real Estate Professional for life. I have the tools necessary to accomplish this, the connections in the industry to grease the necessary wheels to make sure that the deals gets done, and the stamina necessary to keep the boat straight when the waters get rough.
