Rob’s a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelors in Business Administration and has a love for all things Florida.  

Rob actually began his real estate career in the publishing business creating a real estate publication, Home Hunter , that focused on homes in the Northeast Florida area.

Kris Crecelius has had a hand in different facets of real estate for most of her life. For many years Kris managed apartment communities throughout the Jacksonville area where customer service and construction knowledge went hand in hand.

Brant Brice - Realtor/Buyer Specialist

Brant Brice, originally from Tennessee found his way to beautiful Jacksonville, Florida around 1984 where he attended Bolles. He subsequently attended The University of Tennessee and while he was there, he found his way into his first career . . . FOOD! He was a manager at 14 different locations opening up new corporate sites in 6 different states and spent 8 years all over the Southeast. 

He learned an amazing work ethic while earning many accommodations, friendships and influencing many young employees' lives along the way. His last stop was in Jacksonville, Florida where he had wanted to return for some time. As much as he enjoyed the loud hum of a well oiled kitchen , the fast pace and the many loyal patrons, he needed a change…he loved working with people so Real Estate was really the only choice. 

During his 5 year licensure, he has worked in property management and for three of the largest national builders selling over 100 new homes in site sales all around the City of Jacksonville. He needed to start working for himself, so he took his 14 years of corporate training, his local Real Estate knowledge, and his desire to help people and flipped over to the buyers side of Real Estate where he currently use his wealth of experience to help YOU find your Dream Home!!!

Accepting An Offer >Negotiating Factors

Negotiations for the sale of a home can be affected by emotional factors. For example, it is easy to be offended by someone who is making an offer on your property. Even if the buyers love your house, they are trying to negotiate the best possible price and terms. They probably will not let you know how much they want your home until they have negotiated a purchase agreement.

Buyers almost never write offers that please the sellers entirely. Offers and counter offers may be traded back and forth over days or weeks. Terms of the sale will be discussed and deadlines will be set. When there is finally a meeting of the minds, both sides may feel relieved but exhausted by the process. One of a real estate agent's most important jobs is to act as the intermediary during such negotiations. With your agents knowledge of financing, negotiation procedures, and the tax laws affecting real estate sales, agents come up with creative solutions to the challenges that may arise.
